2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Carrier provides international passenger bus transportation services on specified routes.
2.2. Route details, departure time, and price are defined during booking.
3. Booking and payment
3.1. Booking is made via website, messengers, or other communication channels.
3.2. The ticket is valid after full or partial payment according to Carrier conditions.
3.3. A booking confirmation is issued after payment.
4. Price
4.1. Prices are set by the Carrier and may change before payment.
4.2. The final price is fixed upon booking confirmation.
5. Rights and obligations
Carrier obligations:
provide transportation on the confirmed route;
ensure safety requirements.
Carrier rights:
modify schedule due to operational reasons;
refuse transportation in case of rule violations.
Passenger obligations:
comply with transport rules;
arrive on time for boarding;
have valid travel documents.
6. Cancellation and refunds
6.1. Refund conditions depend on cancellation timing.
6.2. No-shows may be non-refundable.
7. Liability
7.1. The Carrier is not responsible for border control, customs, or third-party actions.
7.2. The Carrier is not liable for delays caused by force majeure.
8. Force majeure
8.1. Parties are released from liability due to uncontrollable extraordinary circumstances.
9. Personal data
9.1. The Passenger consents to personal data processing for transportation purposes.

10.1. The Offer is effective from publication on the VILARTRANS website.
